Service Agreement for Stop Yelling, Start Connecting
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Surviving to Thriving Parenthood LLC ("Company") and the purchaser ("Customer"). By purchasing Stop Yelling, Start Connecting ("Course"), the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

The Course provides parenting coaching and educational resources designed to help parents improve their relationships with their children. The information shared in the Course does not constitute therapy, medical advice, or professional mental health treatment. The Company is not a licensed medical or mental health provider, and the Course is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
2. Disclaimer of Liability
The Customer agrees that:

The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, about the specific results or outcomes the Customer may achieve. All results are dependent on the Customer's individual effort, circumstances, and application of the provided materials.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing the Course, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The success of the Course relies on their personal commitment, effort, and consistency in applying the tools and strategies provided.

The Course materials and advice are for informational purposes only and should be implemented at the Customer’s discretion.
4. Legal Indemnity
The Customer agrees not to:

Hold Surviving to Thriving Parenthood LLC or its representatives responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the Course.

Initiate any legal action, including but not limited to lawsuits, claims, or demands, against the Company or its representatives in connection with the Course.
By purchasing the Course, the Customer waives all rights to sue or pursue legal claims against the Company.
5. Refund Policy
Surviving to Thriving Parenthood LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, under the following conditions:

The Customer must complete the first four modules of the course.

The Customer must demonstrate that they have applied the strategies taught.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Surviving to Thriving Parenthood LLC.

The Customer agrees not to share, distribute, reproduce, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
7. Course Ownership & Lifetime Access
By purchasing Stop Yelling, Start Connecting, the Customer receives lifetime access to the course materials as they exist at the time of purchase. However, Surviving to Thriving Parenthood LLC retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all course content, including videos, worksheets, and other resources.

Right to Modify or Remove Content: Surviving to Thriving Parenthood LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course materials at any time, for reasons including but not limited to improvements, outdated information, or business decisions.

Notice Before Course Removal: If the course is ever discontinued or removed, enrolled students will receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
8. General Disclaimer
The Company reserves the right to update or modify the Course materials at its discretion. Any updates will be provided to the Customer at no additional cost.
9. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing the Course, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this Agreement.
